If your Office 365 admin has enabled self-service password reset, use that: self-service password reset tool.
If your admin has not enabled self-service password reset, do the following to submit a request for them to reset your password:
On the Office 365 sign-in page, choose Forgot your password? or Can’t access your account?
Verify your User ID is correct, and then enter the characters to verify that you're not a robot. Choose Next.
Choose the contact an administrator to send your password reset request to your admin.
I forgot my Office 365 user ID
Ask your Office 365 admin or workplace technical support for your Office 365 user ID. Your admin is usually the person who set up your account for you.
If you're an Office 365 admin, ask another admin to get your user ID for you. If you're the only admin at your company, contact us.
