Remove a category from a record in Business Contact Manager

  1. On the Business Contact Manager menu, click Accounts, Business Contacts, Opportunities, or Business Projects.

  2. Double-click the record that you want to remove a category from.

  3. On the Ribbon, in the Options group, click Categorize.

  4. Do one of the following:

    • To remove all categories from the record, click Clear All Categories.

    • To remove one or several categories, click All Categories. In the Color Categories dialog box, clear the check box next to each category that you want to remove, and then click OK.
