Put on my stamp and submit for approval

The feature described in this Help topic is available only if any of the following versions of both Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 are installed: Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, or Korean.

  1. In the Group Approval dialog box, click Submit Request to display the Signature dialog box. The Group Approval dialog box can be displayed by clicking Start on the message bar.

  2. In the dialog box about legal authority, click OK.

  3. Verify that the stamp displayed in the middle of the Sign dialog box is yours.

  4. If you have any information to show the approvers for reference, enter it in the Purpose for signing this document box.

  5. To change the certificate associated with the stamp, click Change. The Select Certificate dialog box shows a list of available certificates. If the desired certificate is not appeared in the list, contact the administrator.

  6. Select the certificate you want to use, and then click OK.

  7. Verify the information of the currently associated certificate. Click Sign to exit the Group Approval dialog box.

  8. Close the confirmation message, and verify that the correct stamp is displayed on the document signature line.

  9. Close the document, and then exit the program.
