Printing email and calendars in Outlook.com or Outlook on the web

You can print an individual email message or any view of your calendar—with or without a detailed agenda—in Outlook.com or Outlook on the web.

Print an email message in Outlook.com or Outlook on the web

  1. Select the message that you want to print.

  2. At the top of the page, select The More actions icon > Print.

  3. A preview of your message will open in a new window. At the top of the window, select Print.

  4. In the Print dialog box, choose the printer options you want, and select OK.

Print your calendar in Outlook.com or Outlook on the web

You can print a calendar view—or an agenda or a task—in Outlook.com or Outlook on the web.

  1. Choose the Day, Work week, Week, or Month view in the upper-right corner of the window.

  2. At the top of the page, select Print.

  3. A preview of your calendar will open in a new window. Choose the view, layout, and date range you want to print, and select Print.

  4. In the Print dialog box, choose the options you want, and then select OK.
