Print quotes and invoices in Word

Applies to:     Office Accounting Express, Office Accounting Professional

With Microsoft Office Accounting 2008, you can print customer and supplier documents such as quotes, invoices, sales receipts and customer credit notes using Microsoft Office Word, which can provide professional-looking content. In addition, with Office Accounting Professional and Office Accounting Professional Plus, you can print sales orders and purchase orders using Office Word.

The following example describes how to print an invoice using Word. Because the process is similar for all the document types, you can use the information in this example for all your printing needs.

  1. Open the desired document in Office Accounting 2008.

  2. On the File menu, click Print. (Do not use the icon on the toolbar, because that will send the form directly to the printer without opening the Print dialog box.)
