A picture of the slide on the top of each page, and the related speaker notes below it.

Handouts

One or more slide thumbnails per page. Some layouts include dedicated space for note-taking.

Print slides as an outline

  1. Click FILE.

    Click FILE on the top left of your screen.
  2. Click Print.

  3. Click Full Page Slides, and then select Outline from the Print Layout list.

    In the Print pane, click Full Page Slides, and then select Outline from the Print Layout list.
  4. Set the other printing options you want, and click Print.

Print slides with speaker notes

  1. Click FILE.

    Click FILE on the top left of your screen.
  2. Click Print.

  3. Click Full Page Slides, and select Notes Pages from the Print Layout list.

    In the Print pane, cllick Full Page Slides, and select Notes Pages from the Print Layout list.
  4. Set the other printing options you want, and click Print.

Print handouts

  1. Click FILE.

    Click FILE on the top left of your screen.
  2. Click Print.

  3. Click Full Page Slides, and select the option you want from the list of Handouts.

    In the Print pane, click Full Page Slides, and select the layout you want from the list of Handouts.
  4. Set the other printing options you want, and click Print.
