Print a file

  1. Click the Microsoft Office Button Office button image , and then click Print.

    Important: If you don't see the Microsoft Office Button Office button image , click Print on the File menu.

    Keyboard shortcut  To display the Print dialog box, press CTRL+P.

  2. Click the options that you want, such as the number of pages or which pages you want to print.

Tip: Applies to programs that use the Microsoft Office Fluent user interface: To print without using the Print dialog box, click the Microsoft Office Button Office button image , point to the arrow next to Print, and then click Quick Print.

SharePoint Designer

  • On the File menu, point to Print, and then click Print.

    Keyboard shortcut  To display the Print dialog box, press CTRL+P.
