Print a calendar showing appointments and meetings

When a calendar is printed in Outlook, either the current day, week, or calendar month is printed. You can print specific dates by using the Date Navigator to select the dates you want.

  1. In Calendar, click File > Print.

  2. Under Settings, click the print style you want. As you click print styles, the preview window changes to match the style.

    To print the complete details of appointments and meetings, click Weekly Agenda Style or Calendar Details Style.

  3. To set other print options, such as the paper orientation or the fonts used, click Print Options.

  4. To print specific pages or change the date range to print, click Print Options.

  5. To print the details of private appointments, click Print Options and ensure Hide details of private appointments isn't checked.

  6. Click Print.

Important:  Because there are many different printers, we can’t troubleshoot issues with your printer. For troubleshooting information, see the manufacturer's manual or website.

  1. Click the File tab.

  2. Click Print.

  3. Under Print What, use the preview window to compare the print styles available, and then click the print style that you want.

    To print the complete details of appointments and meetings, click Weekly Agenda Style or Calendar Details Style.

  4. To set other print options, such as the paper orientation or the fonts used, click Print Options.

  5. To print specific pages or change the date range that you want to print, under Printer, click Print Options.

  6. To print the details of private appointments, clear the Hide Details of private appointments check box.

  7. Click Print.

Important:  Because of the numerous printers available, we cannot troubleshoot issues with your printer. For troubleshooting information, see the manufacturer's manual or Web site.

  1. On the File menu, click Print and then in the Print style box, click the print style you want.

    To print the details of appointments and meetings, in the Print Style box, click Calendar Details Style.

  2. In the Start list and the End list, enter the first day and the last day to print.

  3. To set other print options, such as the paper orientation or the fonts used, click Page Setup, and then select the options that you want.

    Notes: 

    • To print the details of private appointments, clear the Hide Details of private appointments check box.

    • If you are using 2007 Microsoft Office Suite Service Pack 2 (SP2), you can specify individual pages from your calendar to print. Under Print, enter the pages that you want to print in the Page Range box. It may help you select pages to print if you click Print Preview first.

    • To print non-adjacent days, change to Week or Month view, select the days you want to print, and then on the File menu, click Print.
