Print a calendar showing appointments and meetings

By default, Outlook prints the current day, week, or calendar month. If you want to print specific dates, use the Date Navigator in the Navigation Pane to select the dates that you want to show in the printed calendar.

  1. Click the File tab.

  2. Click Print.

  3. Under Print What, use the preview window to compare the print styles available, and then click the print style that you want.

To print the complete details of appointments and meetings, click Weekly Agenda Style or Calendar Details Style.

  4. To set other print options, such as the paper orientation or the fonts used, click Print Options.

  5. To print specific pages or change the date range that you want to print, under Printer, click Print Options.

  6. To print the details of private appointments, clear the Hide Details of private appointments check box.

  7. Click Print.

Important:  Because of the numerous printers available, we cannot troubleshoot issues with your printer. For troubleshooting information, see the manufacturer's manual or Web site.
