Print a blank calendar

When you want to print a calendar without any of your meetings or appointments, create a calendar, and then use the print options to customize the date range and print styles.

  1. In Calendar, on the Home tab, click Open Calendar, and then click Create a New Blank Calendar.

  2. In the Create New Folder box, enter a folder name in the Name box.

  3. In the Select where to place the folder list, click Calendar, and then click OK.

  4. In the left Navigation Pane under My Calendars, check the box next to the blank calendar you just created.

  5. On the File tab, click Print.

  6. In the Print pane, click Print Options, and in the Print box under Print this calendar, click the calendar you selected in step 4.

  7. To specify a date range, under Print Range, enter the Start and End dates.

  8. Click Print.

  1. On the File menu, point to New, and then click Folder.

  2. In the Create New Folder dialog box, in the Name text box, type a name for the folder.

  3. In the Folder contains list, click Calendar Items.

  4. In the Select where to place the folder list, click Calendar, and then click OK.

  5. In Calendar, in the Navigation Pane under the My Calendars section, select the check box for the calendar you created.

  6. On the File menu, click Print.

  7. In the Print dialog box, under Print this calendar, click the calendar you created.

  8. Select the print style options you want, and then click OK.
