Print a blank calendar

You can use Microsoft Outlook to print a blank calendar.

  1. In Calendar, on the Home tab, in the Manage Calendars group, click Open Calendar.

  2. Click Create a New Blank Calendar.

  3. In the Create New Folder dialog box, in the Name box, type a name for the folder.

  4. In the Select where to place the folder list, click Calendar, and then click OK.

  5. In Calendar, in the Navigation Pane under the My Calendars section, select the check box for the calendar that you created.

  6. Click the File button, and then click Print.

  7. To specify a date range, click Print Options, and then under Print Range, enter the Start and End dates.

  8. Click OK to close the Print dialog box.

  9. Under Settings, click the print style that you want, and then click Print.
