Preparing a link column in the row definition in Management Reporter

Within a row definition, one or more link columns contain the links to the financial data source and Excel files. Each row definition can have from 1 through 19 link columns. Each column can be one of the following types:

  • Link to Financial Data Source: Contains only links to the financial data system.

  • Link to Worksheet: Contains only links to one Excel file.

  • Link to Financial Data Source + Worksheet: Contains links to the financial data system and to one Excel file.

The row definition column heading indicates the link types that are supported in that column.

By default, the row definition includes one link column for linking to the financial data. You can add new link columns, and you can change the type of links that a link column accepts.
