Outlook.com Premium closed to new subscribers

The Outlook.com Premium standalone offering was closed to new subscribers in October 2017. Many of the benefits in the standalone subscription are now included with subscriptions to Office 365 Home and Office 365 Personal. Learn more about premium Outlook.com features for Office 365 subscribers.

Is Outlook.com Premium still offered as a standalone subscription?

The Outlook.com Premium standalone offering is now closed to new subscribers. Current subscribers can renew their subscriptions and continue receiving the same benefits. We have no plans to discontinue the standalone subscription for existing subscribers at this time.

I'm an Outlook.com Premium subscriber. Can I continue using my premium account?

Yes. Current subscribers can renew their subscriptions to continue receiving the same benefits. 

I'm an Outlook.com Premium subscriber. How do I sign in to my Outlook.com Premium dashboard?

Go to https://premium.outlook.com and select Sign In at the top right corner of the page.

I'm an Outlook.com Premium subscriber. I’m also an Office 365 subscriber. Can I get a refund on the remaining months of my Outlook.com Premium subscription?

Due to the special promotional price of the Outlook.com Premium offering, we're not providing refunds for the months that remain on existing subscriptions.

I'm an Outlook.com Premium subscriber. Can I switch to an Office 365 Home or Office 365 Personal subscription?

Yes, you can sign up for an Office 365 Home or Office 365 Personal subscription at products.office.com.

NOTE: The personalized email address feature of Outlook.com Premium is not available in Office 365 Home or Office 365 Personal subscriptions.

I'm an Outlook.com Premium subscriber and I received a domain name free for one year. Can I continue to use it?

Yes, we will continue to support current Outlook.com Premium customers with a custom domain. Just continue to renew your Outlook.com Premium subscription, and your domain renewal will be automatically included in your yearly subscription fee.

I’m an Outlook.com Premium subscriber, and I received a personalized email domain as part of signing up for Outlook.com Premium. Can I move the email service for that domain to another provider and cancel my Outlook.com Premium subscription?

We're working on a solution that will enable you to transfer your domain to other providers. For now you should continue to renew your Outlook.com Premium subscription to retain control of your domain and to continue using your personalized email address.
