You can use Open as Web Page to convert and open several common types of attachments as web pages.

How do I open the attachment in its original format?

To open an attachment in its original format, click the link at the top of the web version of the attachments.

How do I save an attachment I've opened as a web page?

  1. To save an attachment in its original format, right-click the attachment title at the top of the web page and select Save Target As.

  2. Choose where you want to save the attachment.

  3. Click Save.

How do I print an attachment I've opened as a web page?

To print an attachment that you've opened as a web page, right-click the attachment title at the top of the web page and select Print Target.

What else do I need to know?

Attachment types that can be opened as web pages include:

  • MicrosoftWord: .doc and .docx

  • MicrosoftExcel: .xls and .xlsx

  • MicrosoftPowerPoint: .ppt and .pptx

  • Adobe Acrobat: .pdf
