Note: This article applies only to Office 365 operated by 21Vianet in China. This feature is available only to Office 365 operated by 21Vianet Partners who are authorized to offer delegated administration, and to authorized service providers.
Only clients who have given you permission to manage their organizations will display in the client management list view. If you have clients, but don’t have delegated access to manage them, they will not display.
You can view all of your clients in a list view at a glance and see any applicable service requests or health related issues.
Selecting a client in the list view reveals information in the details pane such as the client’s address, subscriptions, and the ability to open the client’s Office 365 admin center.
When you select a client in the list view and then select a feature in the left pane that features will search in the context of that client. For example, in the client list you select the client and then select service health, the client's service health will be displayed.
