Notifications

Use this page to specify the automatic notifications that you want Live Meeting to send to registrants and participants for the event. Pending Requests notifications are sent to you. Presenter notifications are delivered to presenters at the e-mail address specified in their presenter profiles. All other notifications are delivered to registrants at the e-mail address they specify on the registration form.

To automatically send notifications to registrants or presenters

  1. Select the check boxes next to the notifications that you want to send for the event.

  2. Optionally, to edit the notification content and options, click a notification title.

  3. Optionally, to view how the notification will appear, click the Preview icon next to a notification description.

  4. Click Save.
