Need help signing in to Skype for Business (Android)?
We’re sorry you’re having trouble signing in. Here are answers to some common sign-in questions.
How do I sign in to the Skype for Business app?
You need a sign-in address and password from an organization that has a Skype for Business or Lync license. If you’re already using Skype for Business on your desktop, then you can sign in with the credentials from your work or school account.
How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password, or it doesn’t work anymore, contact your workplace technical support—typically the person who set up your Skype for Business or Lync account for you. Provide them with these links:

Tap your picture to bring up your profile page.
Tap Settings () > HTTP Proxy.
Enter your Domain, User Name, and Password.
I’m trying to sign in to Lync Server 2010 but I have the Skype for Business app installed
Skype for Business does not work with Lync Server 2010. If you’ve installed the Skype for Business app on your mobile device but are trying to sign in to Lync Server 2010, uninstall the Skype for Business app and install the Lync 2010 app. To install the Lync 2010 app, do the following:
From your Android device, go to the Google Play Store, and search for Lync 2010.
Tap the Free button in the app, and then tap Install> Accept. As soon as the app is installed, it appears on your home screen.
