User login. Refers to the user ID specified in the Live Meeting Welcome e-mail sent by the system administrator when your Live Meeting account is created.
Password. Refers to the password specified in the Live Meeting Welcome e-mail. The password is associated with your Live Meeting user ID.
Note: If you have an Administrator account, your password is not included in the Welcome e-mail. You must obtain that information by some other means.
If you are unable to log on to Live Meeting Manager, verify that you do not have CAPS LOCK turned on. If you were previously able to log on to Live Meeting Manager, you may have changed your password. Make sure that you are typing the correct password. You can also reset your password and attempt to log on.
If you are still unable to log on to Live Meeting Manager, contact your Live Meeting administrator.
