Keyboard shortcuts in PerformancePoint Add-in for Excel

The accessibility features that are available in PerformancePoint Add-in for Excel are identical to those that are available in Microsoft Excel 2003 or Microsoft Office Excel 2007. For more information, look in Office Excel Help.

The keyboard shortcuts that are described in this Help topic refer to the U.S. keyboard layout. Keys on other layouts might not correspond exactly to the keys on a U.S. keyboard.

Conventions

If you see this

You should do this

Keys separated by a plus sign (+)

Press the keys simultaneously.

Keys separated by a comma (,)

Press one key and then immediately press the next key.

Dialog Boxes and Wizards

To do this

Press

Select a control

ALT + the underlined letter in the control label.

Move to the next control

TAB

Action Pane

To do this

Press

Switch back and forth between the Excel worksheet and the Action pane.

ALT+F3

Switch to the Assignments tab of the Action pane.

CTRL+1

Switch to the Authoring tab of the Action pane.

CTRL+2

Select Members Dialog Box

To do this

Press

Select the Available members list.

ALT+B. You can then press the keyboard arrow keys to navigate through the list.

Access the Add drop-down menu.

ALT+M

Access the Time drop-down menu.

ALT+T

Navigate through the Add, Remove, Find, or Time drop-down menus.

UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW

Move back and forth through the Add, Remove, Find, and Time drop-down menus.

ALT+M to access the Add drop-down menu, and then the LEFT ARROW or RIGHT ARROW to move to the other menus.

Remove the members that are currently selected in the Available members list from the Selected Members list.

ALT+R

Find items in the Available members list that fulfill the criteria in the filter boxes.

ALT+F

Move focus to the last filter text box.

ALT+B, then SHIFT+TAB, and then the LEFT ARROW key.

Move focus from a filter text box to the associated filter drop-down menu.

SHIFT+TAB, then the DOWN ARROW key to open the drop-down menu. Then press ENTER to select an item in the drop-down menu.

Move focus from a filter drop-down menu to the associated filter text box.

LEFT ARROW

Move focus from one filter text box to the next filter text box.

TAB

Move focus from one filter text box to the previous filter text box.

SHIFT+TAB, then SHIFT+TAB again, and then press the RIGHT ARROW key.

Move focus from one filter drop-down menu to the previous filter drop-down menu.

SHIFT+TAB

Move focus to the Selected Members list.

ALT+L to show the Selected Members list, press the TAB key, and then press the TAB key again. Then press the appropriate arrow keys to move up and down the Selected Members list.

Show or hide the Found Members list.

ALT+D

Move focus to the Found Members list.

ALT+B and then the TAB key. You can then use the arrow keys to navigate up and down the Found Members list.
