Keyboard shortcuts for Outlook

Use Outlook to manage email, set and assign tasks, schedule meetings, and more—all using keyboard shortcuts. The shortcuts in this article refer to the US keyboard layout. Keys for other layouts might not correspond exactly to the keys on a US keyboard.

To print this topic, press the TAB key to select Show All at the top of the topic, press ENTER, and then press CTRL+P.

Note: Outlook doesn’t have the option to alter or customize keyboard shortcuts. Refer to this TechCenter article for some alternative options.

Notes:

  • If a shortcut requires pressing two or more keys at the same time, this topic separates the keys with a plus sign (+). If you have to press one key immediately after another, the keys are separated by a comma (,).

  • This topic assumes that JAWS users have the Virtual Ribbon Menu feature turned off.
