The Item List report displays information about all inventory, non-inventory, service, and kit items in your company. You can use this report to quickly view what inventory you have. You can sort this list by various categories including any user-defined fields you have created on an item form.
Note: Double-click an item in the list to open the item form and edit the item.
Open the report
On the Reports menu, point to Company and Financial, and then click Item List.
The report lists each item and shows its status, description, item type, price, inventory on hand, and whether the item needs to be reordered. You can modify the report to show other information, such as how many items are on purchase orders and sales orders. To change column options, do the following:
On the toolbar, click Modify Report, and then in the Modify Report pane, select or clear the appropriate Columns options.
