You can import a collection of Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds from an .opml file. This is a great way to use a collection of RSS Feeds from someone else or from an old computer that you’ve used to read RSS Feeds.

  1. On the File menu, click Open & Export > Import/Export.

  2. Click Import RSS Feeds from an OPML file, and then click Next.

  3. Browse to the location of the .opml file and open it.

  4. Select the feeds you want to import, and then click Next. The RSS feeds are added to the RSS feeds folder in Outlook.

Note:  You will only receive new RSS feeds. Existing feed content is not imported.

Note: To remove an RSS feed from Outlook, just right-click the folder for the RSS feed and choose Delete folder.
