I need to revert to Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2010

If you have used the new compatibility pack for Business Contact Manager for Outlook and need to restore your setup to Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2010, follow these steps:

  1. Export any data you need from Business Contact Manager for Outlook to a backup database. If there is data you need in a Microsoft Office 2013 database, open Office 2013 and export the data to a file.

  2. Uninstall Microsoft Outlook 2013 if it is installed.

  3. Uninstall Business Contact Manager for Outlook.

  4. Install Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2010.

  5. Import the data from the backup database.
