Getting started with Microsoft StaffHub

  1. Sign in to StaffHub at https://staffhub.office.com/ with your Office 365 work account, such as rob@contoso.com.

    The first time you sign in, the setup wizard will start. If you have already created a team and want to create a new one, go to https://staffhub.office.com/app/setup.

  2. Follow the steps in wizard to add the names of everyone you want to schedule.

    Add the names and numbers of your team members.

  3. Send an invitation to each employee so they can download the app Microsoft StaffHub and see their schedules.

    Your team members will get a link to download the Microsoft StaffHub mobile app.

  4. Make sure employees have their Office 365 work account and password so they can sign in to the app. If you allowed StaffHub to self-provision accounts, the employee can create one directly in the app.

Edit and publish a schedule

  • Sign in to StaffHub at https://staffhub.office.com/ with your Office 365 work account, such as rob@contoso.com.

  • Select Schedule in the top navigation menu.

  • To create your work schedule, click the right side of the cell and click the More buttons.

    Click the right side of the box to display the More button.

  • Press Publish for the schedule to be made available to each team member via the mobile app.

    Choose "Publish" to send to your team members.

  • The schedule will look like this in the app:

Give an employee admin (manager) permissions for a team

  1. Sign in to StaffHub at https://staffhub.office.com/ with your Office 365 work account, such as rob@contoso.com.

  2. Select Team in the top navigation menu.

    Choose Team

  3. Select the team member you want to promote, and in the Permissions column, select the drop-down and choose Admin.

  4. Choose Save.
