What are the system requirements for Sway?

How do I access Sway on the web?

In your web browser, visit and then sign in using your Office 365 organizational or school account, or your free Microsoft Account.

You already have a Microsoft account if you use any of these services:

  • (including any or email address)

  • OneDrive

  • Xbox LIVE

  • MSN

  • Messenger

  • Office 365 Home, Personal, or University subscription

You can also access Sway from the home page by clicking the Sway tile in the middle of the page, or on the menu in the upper left corner of your screen.

Can I download a Sway?

Sway requires an Internet connection and needs to remain online to manage the layout of your content.

Can I print a Sway?

Sway is an online service for visualizing and managing interactive content. As such, printing or exporting content is not currently supported.
