Activate or renew your Office 365 Business Premium subscription
To renew or add a user license to your subscription with a product key, you need a new and unused key for the same Office 365 plan. Entering your original Office 365 product key won’t work because a key that has already been redeemed can’t be used again.
Go to https://office.com/setupkey.
Enter your product key, then choose Next.
At the bottom of the Tell us about yourself section, choose Sign in.
If you’re not already signed in as a global or billing admin, enter your username and password for Office 365.
In the Choose an option section, choose either Extend end date or Add another user, then choose Finish.
