Using the Entities function, you can view and edit all users and groups that have access to an entity.
Given below is the procedure to edit access to an entity:
In the navigation pane, click Security, and then click Entities.
Double-click an entity name to open it.
To add a user, click Add to display the Add Users and Groups dialog box, and then select one or more user names.
To remove a user, click the user name, and then click Remove.
