Edit a quote

Before a quote has been accepted, or after it has been rejected, if the customer changes the order or you need to correct an error, you can edit it.

  1. On the Customers menu, point to Customer Lists, and then click Quotes.

  2. Double-click a quote.

  3. Enter the information on the Quoteform.

  4. You can do one or more of the following:

  5. When you have completed the form, on the toolbar, do one of the following:

    • To close the form, click Save and Close.

    • To create another quote, click Save and New.

    • To save the quote as a template that you can reuse, click Recurring.
