Meeting Expiration. Indicates that the meeting, along with its contents, will be deleted after a specified interval following the meeting End time.
Set the maximum amount of time to wait before deleting meetings and contents. Indicates when meeting and contents will be deleted after the meeting ends, based on the the specified wait time.
Recording Expiration. Indicates that recordings for a meeting will be deleted after a specified interval following the recording publish time.
Set the maximum amount of time to wait before deleting published recordings. Indicates when recordings will be deleted after they are published, based on the specified wait time.
Enable Restoration. Allows you to restore deleted meetings or recordings within a specifed number of days after deletion, after which they are permanently deleted.
Note: If Enable Restoration is turned off, all deleted and expired meetings and recordings in the buffer will be permanently deleted
Enable Meeting Lobby. Allows meeting Organizers to generate a meeting lobby URL to share with others.
Recordings. Allows meeting Organizers to make available or restrict the recording of live meetings to a server, a participant's computer, or the viewing of past recorded meetings from the server.
Enable recording to server . Allows a live meeting to be recorded and stored on the Office Live Meeting Server.
Allow organizers to grant permission to download recordings . When enabled, allows user's to view past recordings stored on the Office Live Meeting Server. When disabled, users cannot view recorded meetings.
Enable recording to participant's computer. Allows a live meeting to be recorded and stored on a participant's computer.
Allow Handouts in Meetings. Allows meeting Organizers to enable handouts for their meetings.
File types allowed for Handouts. Allows meeting Organizers to list the file extension of the file you want to allow participants to transfer during a meeting.
