E-mail invitation

Use this page to invite people to register for the event.

To invite a person to register for the event

  1. In the To box, type the e-mail address of the person you want to invite. Use commas or semi-colons to separate multiple e-mail addresses.

  2. In the Subject box, type the subject heading that you want to appear in the e-mail message containing the invitation.

  3. Optionally, if you want to write a message in addition to the standard Live Meeting Registration service invitation message, in the Message box, type the message that you want to appear.

  4. Optionally, to preview the invitation, click Preview. When you are done previewing the invitation, click Done.

  5. Click Send.
