-
A motion path is an animation effect that moves an item, like a picture, on a line that you specify in PowerPoint 2013. Take this course to learn how to create them.
Inside this course:
Design motion paths (2:27)
Let’s apply a motion path. You use a motion path to move something in a very specific way on a slide. You can also combine motion paths with other effects.
Work with a motion path (2:55)
In this movie, we’ll focus on creating the motion path for an animation effect, so you can see how to work with a path.
Combine a path with other effects (4:52)
A motion path can be especially powerful when you combine it with another animation effect. In this movie, we'll apply a Spin and other effects to our wheel animation to complete the rolling effect we want to achieve.
Create a sequence with line paths (6:53)
Many motion path animation sequences are fairly simple to create, but it may not look that way. We'll re-create a sequence, to show you more techniques for using motion paths and animation.
Apply paths to layered pictures (5:22)
How do you apply motion paths or other effects to the items you can’t see when you first view a slide? We'll take a look at some tools that help.
