You can delete a contact from all the groups in your Contacts list. Deleting a contact from your Contacts list does not remove the user from your organization’s address book or your Outlook Contacts folder, and the contact’s name can still appear as a search result in the Search result(s) area.
Note: When you delete a contact, the contact no longer appears in your Contacts list on either Communicator Mobile or on Communicator 2005 on your desktop.
In the Contacts list, click the contact that you want to delete, and then click Actions.
Click Menu > Delete Contact.
To confirm your choice, click Yes.
