You may experience problems that prevent you from using Data Streamer if you have Monthly Channel Version 1904 of Office 365. You are experiencing this issue if your ribbon looks like this:
Where both Disconnected and Connect Device Ribbon buttons are connected. You are not able to connect to an external device, when you are in this state.
See What version of Office am I using? to check your version.
This issue is fixed in the latest Monthly Channel Version update. To get the latest update immediately, open an Office app and choose File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
Note: If you installed the stand alone version as a workaround, you should uninstall it now that the issue has been fixed.
