Use the Connect to Microsoft Office Access Database page to select the Access table or view that you want to import.
What database do you want to use? This box lists the most recently used Access files. If the box is empty you can either type the name of your Access database in the box or click the Browse button to locate it.
What table do you want to import? This box lists the tables and views in the database you selected. If no database is selected above, this option is dimmed.
The remaining pages of the wizard may be optional for you. Do one of the following:
Click Finish if you want the wizard to choose a unique identifier (key column) for you and if you want to import the entire data set.
Click Next to choose your own unique identifier (key columm) or to select which rows and columns to import.
