Week and Work Week
Work Week includes the days defined in the Microsoft Office Backstage view as the work week. By default, this is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The work days that appear in the Work Week view can be changed in the Microsoft Office Backstage view.
By default, the first day of the week is Sunday. You can change the first day in the Backstage view.
The Schedule View displays the calendar in a vertical orientation. This view is helpful when multiple calendars are selected. Each calendar is stacked top to bottom.
Jump to a date
Use the date navigator to move to a new date by clicking a date on the calendar.
You can also press Ctrl+G to open the Go To Date dialog box.
Move to the next or previous appointment
If your current calendar view contains no appointments, one or both appointment navigation buttons appear on the edges of the calendar. When you click either of these buttons, the calendar view changes to the next or previous appointment.
