Convert a table to a range

You can stop working with your data in a table and convert it into “normal” cells. This is called converting a table to a range of data. When you convert your table to a range, all the functionality of the table (like filtering) will go away, but the style (like colors and bold) will remain.

  • Right-click anywhere in the table, point to Table, and then click Convert to Range.

Note    Wish you hadn’t just converted your table to a range? Don’t worry, just click Undo Button image.

Applies To: Excel 2013
