Collaborate on documents and projects more efficiently
Learn how to make the most out of SharePoint calendars, how to allow multiple people to author a document simultaneously, take your documents offline and then reconnect by using SharePoint Workspace, and how to manage a project in SharePoint and by using Project Task lists.

Before you begin
It is recommended that you complete the training course Make the switch to the new SharePoint 2010 user interface before taking this course.
The three co-authoring videos and the two SharePoint Workspace videos in this course are designed to be taken in sequence.
The following features mentioned in the last lesson are not available in SharePoint Online: integration with line of business applications, and the integration between Project Tasks lists and Project Server.
