  2. From the view selection list on the right side of the page, select one of the following options:

    • Current + Last 3 Months

    • Next 6 Months + Last 3 Months

    • Last 12 Months

    • All Timesheets

    • Created and in progress

Note   The Created and in progress view displays surrogate timesheets that you are currently responsible for, in addition to your own in-progress timesheets.

Configure timesheet filters

Timesheet approvers and those who have Adjust permissions can further filter the information that appears on the list of their assigned timesheets.

  1. On the Quick Launch, under Approvals, click Timesheet.

  2. In the filter area of the Review My Timesheets page, click Pending My Approval, Approved By Me, Available timesheets to adjust, or My Resources' Unsubmitted Timesheets, as applicable.

Note   By default, Microsoft Office Project Web Access displays timesheets by using the Pending My Approval filter.

  3. Select the date or resource filter options, or both, for the selected timesheet type:

    • Date      Select this check box to set date filtration. You can choose one of the following methods of date filtration:

      • Fiscal Period      Click this button to display only timesheets from a specific fiscal period. Select the fiscal period from the corresponding list.

Note   If your organization does not have any fiscal periods defined, the Fiscal Period list will be empty and your filter will not display any timesheets.

      • Custom Date Range      Click this button to display only timesheets that contain data during a specific time period. Set the start and end dates for the time period by typing dates in the boxes or selecting dates from the date pickers.

    • Resources      Select this check box to set resource filtration. You can choose one of the following methods of resource filtration:

      • Cost Center      Type a cost center ID in the Cost Center box to display only timesheets that contain time reported against a specific cost center.

      • Resource Name      Select a resource from the Resource Name list to display only timesheets with data reported by that resource.

  4. Click Apply to filter the timesheets based on the criteria that you specified.

To return to the default view after you apply a filter, in the filter area of the Review My Timesheets page, click Pending My Approval. Clear the Date and Resources check boxes, and then click Apply.

Why can't I perform some actions in Project Web Access?

Depending on the permissions settings you used to log on to Project Web Access, you may not be able to see or use certain features. Also, what you see on some pages may differ from what is documented if your server administrator customized Project Web Access and did not customize the Help to match.
