Business Note in Business Contact Manager

You can use this form to create a business note and link it to an Account, Business Contact, Opportunity, or Business Project.

Business note

Subject     Type the subject of this business note.

Linked Account, Business Contact, Opportunity, or Business Project

Link To     In the text field, type the names of the Accounts, Business Contacts, Opportunities, or Business Projects you want to link this business note to. You can also click the Link To button to open the Link to Business Contact Manager record dialog box and select one or more Accounts, Business Contacts, Business Projects, or Opportunities.

Note: If you opened this form from within an Account, Business Contact, Opportunity, or Business Project record, the note will be linked automatically to that record when you save the note.

Record date and time

Created     The date and time that the note was created is added automatically when you save the note.

Modified     The current date and time is added automatically every time you save the note.

Comments

Add Time Stamp     Type your comments in the box. To insert the date and time when you added the comments, click the Add Time Stamp button.

Note: To access this form, on the File menu, point to New, and then click Business Note.
