Attach Files

The feature described in this Help topic is available only if any of the following versions of both Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 are installed: Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, or Korean.

  1. In the Attach files section in the Group Approval dialog box, click Insert Item. The Group Approval dialog box is displayed by clicking Start on the message bar.

  2. Click Click here to attach a file.

  3. In the Attach File dialog box, select a file to attach and click Insert. The attached file is displayed in the Group Approval dialog box.

  4. To continue attaching other files, click Insert Item again and repeat step 2 and 3. You can attach as many as you want to within 5 megabytes.
