Assign forms to a user for data submission in Planning Business Modeler

A form can be assigned to a contributor from within a cycle. This procedure differs depending on whether you are editing an assignment definition or an assignment instance.

  • If you are editing an assignment definition, you can assign one form only to one user, role, or submission hierarchy. For information about submission hierarchies, see About submission hierarchies in PerformancePoint Planning Business Modeler help.

  • If you are editing an assignment instance, you can assign multiple forms to multiple users and roles.
