The Common Feed List is used by programs such as Outlook 2010 and Windows Internet Explorer as a way to share RSS Feeds information.

If you have configured Outlook to synchronize to the Common Feed List, you will see the same RSS Feeds in Internet Explorer and Outlook. If an RSS Feed is deleted from the Common Feeds List, it is also removed from Outlook 2010.

To turn on Common Feed List synchronization in Outlook 2010, see View the same RSS Feeds in Windows Internet Explorer and Outlook.
