Sending new and changed assignment information to resources using Windows user accounts
You can send assignment information to resources by using their Microsoft Windows user accounts. Resources will then be automatically authenticated when they go to Microsoft Office Project Web Access.
To use the Logon Account or Windows User Account field, you can do one of the following:

In a Resource view, insert the User Logon Account or Windows User Account field. You can enter user accounts for resources in this field.

In a Resource view, click a resource name, click Resource Information (either from right clicking and click on Information, or selection it from the toolbar), and type the user account in the Logon Account or Windows Account box. You can also click Logon Account or Windows Account to have a resource's user account automatically updated from the address book.
If you don't want the Planning Wizard to display this information again, select the Don't tell me about this again check box.
