If you are working with multiple timelines on a drawing page, you can synchronize milestones across the timelines, so they are always concurrent. For example, if you change the date of the milestone on Timeline A, the synchronized milestone on Timeline B will automatically be changed in the same way.
Synchronize milestone with
Open the drop-down list and select the existing milestone that you want the new milestone to synchronize with.
Note: You can synchronize milestones only across multiple timelines; you cannot synchronize milestones that are on the same timeline.

Select the format you want for the synchronized milestone. Use the Example box to preview the format you selected.
Can I un-synchronize?
Once two milestones are synchronized, the only way to remove the synchronization is to delete one of the milestones. Select the milestone and press the Delete key. Then you can create an unsynchronized milestone by dragging a milestone shape onto the timeline.
