Sign in and create a signature

Your browser does not support video. Install Microsoft Silverlight, Adobe Flash Player, or Internet Explorer 9.

With Outlook on the web running in your web browser, you can:

  • Organize email to focus on what matters most.

  • Manage your calendar, meetings, and appointments.

  • Share files from the cloud so everyone always has the most current version.

  • Stay connected and productive wherever you are.

Sign in to Outlook on the web

  1. Sign in to office.com/signin or Outlook.com.

  2. Select the Microsoft 365 App Launcher Office 365 app launcher icon, and then select Outlook.

Create a signature

  1. Select Settings  > Compose and reply.

  2. Create your signature.

  3. Select the default signature for new messages and for replies.

  4. Select Save.
