Show all values

Displays all selected properties as individual line items and displays all values.

Don't repeat identical values

Displays all selected properties as individual line items and and displays the first instance of a value that is identical to others in the same group. If subtotals are selected, also displays subtotals for each group.

Show subtotals only

Displays only the subtotals for each group. Individual property values are not displayed as line items.

Exclude duplicate rows in group

When selected, the report creates a single row for any set of duplicate shapes, with the number of duplicate shapes indicated in the Quantity column. Shapes are duplicates when all the properties and values for the shapes are identical. When cleared, each shape is reported on a separate row, regardless of whether it is a duplicate of another shape.

Note: The subtotal calculations are performed on the rows actually displayed in the report and will not include information for any duplicate rows that are excluded from the report.

Show grand totals (summary totals)

Displays grand summary totals. Available only for properties that have the Total calculation selected under Subtotals in the Subtotals dialog box.
