Skype for Business Online operated by 21Vianet in China will be retired on October 1, 2023. If you haven't upgraded your Skype for Business Online users yet, they will be automatically scheduled for an assisted upgrade. Skype for Business Online, excluding the service operated by 21Vianet in China, was retired on July 31, 2021.
Your port order is approved! Look for your phone numbers in the Skype for Business admin center > Voice > Phone numbers.
Important
For you to see the Voice option in the left navigation in the Skype for Business admin center, you must first buy at least one Enterprise E5 license, one Phone System add-on license, or one Audio Conferencing add-on license.
Now that it's approved and your phone numbers are ready, you need to do a couple things to get everything set up.
Make sure you Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams add-on licensing. You need an Phone System and Domestic Calling Plan or International Calling Plan.
Create your emergency address for your organization and, if you want to, add a place to your emergency location. In some countries or regions, you get an emergency address with the phone number.
Go ahead and Manage phone numbers for users.
