Here's what AV staff need to know in order to produce a live event on Viva Engage using an external encoder device or app. 

Get support

Support for live events is typically done by the IT or AV staff within your organization.

Your Microsoft 365 Global administrator may have set up Microsoft 365 to include contact information for your local support team.

To find out if this contact information is in Microsoft 365:

  1. In Viva Engage or from anywhere in Microsoft 365, select the Help icon.

  2. Look at the bottom of the help card for support information.
