In order to use Mail and Calendar for Windows 10 in another language, your selected language in Windows 10 must match one of the supported languages for Mail and Calendar.
Set your preferred language in Windows 10

Choose Settings > Time & language > Region & language.

Under Languages, choose Add a language.

Select your preferred language from the list, then choose Set as Default.
The order of the languages in the list is important. If your selected language isn't supported, Windows 10 will install the next language on the list.
After you change the display language in Windows 10, the Mail and Calendar apps may still use the previously selected language when you open them. In order to refresh the Mail and Calendar apps with the new language, update the Mail and Calendar apps from the Store.
