Problem

When you start a repair of the Microsoft OneDrivesync app, you receive the following error message:

We can't start this repair.

We can't repair your synced libraries because a file is open. Please close all files in your synced library folders and try again.

Solution

To resolve this issue, exit all open applications, and then try running the Repair command again. If you still receive this message, restart the computer, and then run Repair in the OneDrive for work or school sync app before you open any files or applications.
